08:00-9:00The 2025 Zürich Congress Welcome and Bonus Events Introduction - start of our guided Meditation outdoors

All Congress Ticket holders meet at the Meeting Point at Belvoir Park (for map please navigate at menu to congress-location). After a short welcome we beginn with a guided- and then silent-meditation. The “meditation only-ticket” holders and all others who purchased a congress-ticket attending in person are welcome to join. (In case of rain we have a plan B). In this challenging times, in this times of crisis, get insight on how to manage and handle oneself and your loved ones, your families, after understood our information and know-how given to you at our Congress.

09:30-10:302025 Congress - Yoga and Martial Art

After a little break, the further program starts for the General Admission-ticket and VIP Admission-ticket holders with a basic Yoga exercise and smooth Martial Art program. Make sure to have for this experience specific sport clothing, or jeans & t-shirt and a pullover in case of colder weather, plus additional t-shirt to change. Yoga and light introduction Martial Arts can be sweaty. Feel free to join the full excercise, or parts of it.

10:45-11:452025 Congress - Ayurveda

Ayurvedic Teaching brings insights and understanding of the more than 4.000 year old traditions in lifestyle and gives practical tips in medicine and wellbeing.

12:00-13:302025 Congress - Lunch Break

Time to settle, rest, drink and eat, or to make notes into a workbook. Each individual should organize their own drinks and food, else we will also offer fruits and small snacks & water. There are nearby also Restaurants (Tennis Club Belvoir Pizzeria, or Belvoir Restaurant, 3-5min walk), or Supermarkets (Bahnhof Enge, 10min walk, or 3min Tram-Train drive).

13:30-14:302025 Congress - Medicine

20+ years of experience in Modern- and Holistic Medicine presented to you, for understanding the connection between various segments of life. We hope to open the door to a “new world” to welcome you and then continue after the congress with our learning programs, or future events participation.

14:30-15:302025 Congress - Personal Development

Helping you to understand the laws of life, the universal laws. Bringing knowledge into practice, by explaining, showing and training you. Ideally, you continue after the congress with our program and participate at our bonus future events.

15:30-15:452025 Congress - Thank you and Announcements

After a day full of activities, information and knowledge, it’s time to rest and digest. For the holders of VIP admission ticket a briefing is arranged concerning the Bonus Event, “Dinner and Reception”. Participants of the next mornings bonus sport activity on the 8.June are asked additionally to join the head coach for planing.

17:30-19:302025 Congress - Dinner and Reception (End of Congress 7.Jun.2025)

The VIP ticket holders will enjoy a private dinner and reception with the Teachers, Speakers and Presenters. This is a special fundraising event to support the Greenlandbase.com project and also the Academy 5 Alliance Education Experts Organization and its further developments. We hope to get together and initiate also a new path, as these times call for action and we need to look one another and help each other as we would be one single tribe.

For a stress off, the “Next day Activities” program offers on 8th June, a morning Tennis and Fitness program, at beautiful venue nearby the lake & park (limited tickets).
